How do I begin to tell you what a wonderful man my father is? When I was small, dad was the only one working in our family so he was not able to make a lot of our school activities and other things. But, when he was not working we spent a lot of time fishing, boating and just being together which meant the world to me.

He is older now and his health is starting to fail but he still tries to help his children and grandchildren as much as possible. We all turn to him for advice, strength and a father's unconditional love. His love for Jesus Christ shines in all he says and does. He is always going the extra mile for not only his family but for neighbors, church friends and everyone around him.

Dad was recently diagnosed with cancer but he doesn't ever show if he is worried or stressed about this. He just carries on each day secure in the fact that Jesus Christ is answer to all worries! Even if my Dad does not win this Father of the Year award he will always be the greatest Father to me. Thank You!
